SUPERVISION:
Children must be supervised at all times! DO NOT leave children unattended! Supervisor must be a RESPONSIBLE adult.
|
| 2. |
To reduce the risk of injury, please use common sense by grouping children by size and age. We all know that there are unusually large 7 year olds and unusually small 12 year olds, so the following should be considered a guideline and not a hard and fast rule. Again, please use common sense. Our standard 15' X 15' bounce house will accomodate:
- Ages 2 to 8 ....... 8 to 10 children
- Ages 9 to 12 .......6 children
- Ages 13 to 16 .....4 to 5 children

"SILLY ADULT, BOUNCE HOUSES ARE FOR KIDS!" Bounce houses are designed for children, not adults. No adults “playing” in the bounce house please! Adults will not "POP" the bounce house but the fact of the matter is, adults are more likely to get injured. We do not "bounce back" from injuries as well as children. The bumps, bruises, pulls and strains that are inherit with bounce house activity seem to go unnoticed by children, however they can be disastrous to those of us who are chronologically advanced. In addition, adults jumping around inside a bounce house could collide with and seriously injure a child. |
| 4. |
The following items are not allowed in the bounce house, and must be removed:
- Any type of shoe, boot, or rigid foot covering - including "CROC" type shoes. However, socks are REQUIRED!
- Sharp Objects
- Cell Phones
- Glasses
- Party Favors
- Jewelry - including all piercings.
- Watches
- Keys, Key rings
- Chewing gum
- Hats
- Food or drinks
- NO Silly String in, around, or near the bounce house (silly string has a chemical in it that will "eat" through the vinyl)!!!!!!!
|
| 5. |
No sitting or lying inside the bounce house. |
| 6. |
No flips or somersaults. |
| 7. |
Do not bounce or play near the opening of the bounce house. |
| 8. |
Do not attemt to climb any mesh barriers or any surface not intened for climbing. |
| 9. |
No food or drink inside or near the bounce house. Kids jumping around and laughing does not go well with the digestion process. Jumping and laughing quickly turns into choking and heimlich maneuvers as kids inhale their food rather than swallow it. Additionally, any evidence of food in the bounce house will incurr a cleaning fee. |
| 10. |
No running within 10 feet of the bounce house. This included dramatic flying leaps in or out of the bounce house. |
| 11. |
No non human participants. That is to say NO PETS in or around the bounce house. Very bad! |
| 12. |
Keep all children away from blower and power cords (create a “keep away” zone). |
| 13. |
Do not unplug the bounce house while occupants / riders are inside. |
| 14. |
Do not attempt to move or un-stake the bounce house. |
| 15. |
Do Not Use the bounce house under the following conditions, or if they develop:
- High Winds, Rain or Thunder Storms
- Power outage
- If bounce house becomes wet for what ever reason
- Bounce house is punctured.
|
| 16. |
In the event of foul weather, make sure all children exit the bounce house safely, then deflate the bounce house by unplugging. Cover the blower to protect from rain. Turn off all sprinklers! |
| 17. |
If the bounce house starts to deflate:
- Make sure all children exit the bounce house quickly and safely
- Check all power connections to make sure nothing has unplugged
- Check circuit breakers and fuses in house
- Check blower to make sure it’s not wet.
- Make sure the air tube on the balloon is tied securely to the blower.

weather
|
|
Our desire at Bounce-N-Pounce is to provide you with a SAFE and FUN experience using our inflatables. However, bounce houses are not intended to be used in rain, snow, or adverse weather conditions. Moisture causes the bounce houses to become slippery. Because of static electricity properties of the material, lightening has been known to be attracted to the vinyl of the bounce house. High winds can cause a bounce house to flip over or take flight. We will do all we can to help you have a fun-filled, safe event. Keep in mind that as a matter of public safety and insurance policy, the bounce house industry normally closes down for rainy/snowy weather. We highly advise having an alternate plan in place in the event that weather forces a cancelation, especially between October – April.
Equipment will not be set up in the following conditions: Rain, snow, mud, or high winds.

cancellations
|
|
You are welcome to cancel for any reason, including adverse weather conditions, up until 7 a.m. the morning of your event. There is no fee for cancellation if done by this time. Any deposit you have made can be refunded* to you or you may apply the deposit toward a rental on another date. If you cancel after 7 a.m. or if our team arrives at your door with the Bounce House and you decide to cancel at that time, your deposit will be used to cover loading labor and driver delivery charges.
Although renting bounce houses is what we do and our goal is to rent as many as possible, safety is our primary concern. With that in mind, Bounce-N-Pounce reserves the right to cancel any reservation that, in our opinion is unsafe in anyway or poses a risk to the equipment. Examples of why we may cancel a rental include but are not limited to the following: Weather, unsafe terrain, overhead power/utility lines to close to bounce house, inaccessible location, unprepared location. In the event that Bounce-N-Pounce cancels your equipment rental, you are entitled to a full refund* of your deposit.
*Refund amounts are based on the amount paid toward the rental minus the fees charged by Paypal to process the transaction. Refunds are sent out by check on the next business day following the cancellation.
