How do I go about renting from Bounce-N-Pounce?

Renting a large piece of equipment like a bounce house requires a little planning and foreknowledge. We have developed the following guideline to assist you in the rental process, hopefully eliminating any confusion and/or surprises.
- Choose your event date.
- Determine which bouncer you are most interested in. It is best to have 2 or 3 in mind in case your favorite is already reserved.
- Determine where the bouncer will be placed and make sure you have enough room to set up the bouncer. These measurements can be found on our PRODUCTS page. Be sure to remember vertical obstructions as well: ceilings, awnings, tree branches, power/telephone lines. Area for setup must be completely flat and debris free.
- Call Bounce-N-Pounce with the above information.
- You will then receive 3 emails from Bounce-N-Pounce: a detailed invoice, a copy of our terms, conditions, & release of liablility ( you will be required to sign this document on the day of your rental, so please be familiar with it), and an email detailing how to make your 50% deposit payment.
- Please watch the weather forcasts as your rental date approaches, in the event that weather prohibits us from setting up the bouncer you may want to have a backup plan.
- On the day of your rental,please make sure the setup area is clean and access to the area is free and clear.(Animal feces removed, lawn recently mowed, no obstructions between street and setup area, etc).
Please be prepared to pay the remaining amount due at the time of setup. Cash, check, or Visa/MC will be accepted. We use Paypal Payment Requests for our VISA/MC transactions. If paying by credit card, please be prepared to complete this request on your computer while we set up your bouncer.
Follow all safety precautions and rules of use located on this website and on the bouncer itself.
- Please be ready to end the use of the bouncer at your scheduled pickup time. If your event ends early you amy call us for an earlier pickup and we will do our best to accomodate you.

How long is the rental period?
|
Each inflatable rental is for a duration of up to 6 hours. We believe that 6 hours is both industry competetive and fair for the price. We do not try to rent our inflatables more than once a day, but by limiting the rental period to 6 hours it allows us to keep our inflatables clean and in a well maintained state, ready for rent the next day. This, in turn, allows us to keep our prices low.

What type of surface can the inflatable be used on?
|
The inflatable can be set up on concrete, asphalt, grass, carpet. The most important thing to remember is that the surface must completely flat and debris (rocks, sticks, animal feces, toys, etc) free. Please check and make sure the jumper you wish to rent will fit in the space available. The dimensions of our inflatables are available on the products page.

Do I need a reservation?

Yes. Especially between mid April and mid October. We suggest you call at least 2 weeks ahead during these months.Please remember, a deposit of 50% is due at time of booking.

Who may use the inflatable?
|
Inflatables are to be used by children. Please review our safety policy for more information. In addition, no one over 200 lbs should use the inflatables.

What kind of power supply is needed?
|
Each standard inflatable needs to be plugged in to a 110v 20 GFI outlet. In most homes, this type of outlet is located at all exterior locations as well as kitchen, bath, and garage areas.

Does Bounce-N-Pounce require a deposit?
|
Yes.50% of your inflatable rental is due at time of booking. This is an industry standard and is necessary to ensure that all customers receive the equipent they are expecting.

Is Bounce-N-Pounce an insured company?
|
Yes. Bounce-n-pounce has the proper liability insurance on every inflatable we own. In fact, our insurance company keeps a complete list of all items in our inventory.

How do you get the inflatable in my back yard?
|
Even deflated, our products are very large and heavy. For standard delivery, we need at least a 36" gate opening and no stairs. If you have a restricted gate opening or stairs we require an able bodied helper on site to assist with manuevering of the inflatable.

Should use of the inflatable be supervised by adults?

What forms of payment do you accept?
|
We accept cash, check, or payment through PayPal Payment Request (With PayPal, you may use your debit/credit card or transfer funds from your checking account. We will send you a payment request via email. Your payment is processed securely on the PayPal website). For reservations being secured by check, we require payment at least 2 weeks in advance. For final payments being made through PayPal, we ask that you complete the payment request by the end of the day on which you received the jumper.Utilization of the PayPal payment system is another way bounce-n-pounce is able to keep prices low.
